Air pollution can cause breathing problems & promotes cancer .
Has harmful radiation from the Sun .
The weather can be so extreme .
It increase of tropical disease & also affect the world supply .
You could go days without food & hours without water , but you only
last a few minutes
without air .
Decoposing corpse produces less carbon dioxide then a car.
Two major soures of air pollution are anthropogenic(man made) and
natural soures . Singapore , a small city state experiencing rapid industrial growth, found
itself faced with the new problem of urban traffic congestion in the seventies.
A large polution with a strong preference for automobiles,coupled with a
concertiation of most of the economic industries into the small land area of the central
business district led to severe traffic conditions including congestion , reduced
traffic speeds , and enviromental problems.
These problems clearly had to be dealt with.
(Motor Vehicles)
Motor vehicles are a major sourcs of air pollution .To control
the mission genarated by motor vehicals , NEA regulates the type and quality
of fuel that can be used in Singapore , and also set minimum exhuast emission
standards for all vehicles.
